ODBDSLC178: Joy to the World.

Hi Everyone...Some more Christmas card getting done...

I have a card  here I did for the challenge for ODBD and that is anything Christmas, But you must use their stamps...



Here is my card...

 

I used the ODBD set called...Joy to the World...

This techinque is called stained glass, and you emboss on vellum, with versamark, use black Embossing powder, and then colour on the back with your markers.

This is one of my favorite sets of the Manger scene...and the verse is also from that set.


Recipe:
Stamps: ODBD Joy to the World
Paper: Sparkle paper, white & Blue,  SU Navy, DSP from my stash.
Ink:  SU Markers, Versamark, 
Accessories: Spellbinders Splendid Stars, Black EP, White EP for sentiment, MS border punch, Pearls, Sheer ribbon, Foam Tape, Liquid Glue, Glue Gun, & Love

CCC13: Christmas Corners:

Hi Every one...getting those Christmas card done, and here is another one.

This is a very easy straight forward card to do....I had this beautiful DSP, and I cut it in 4 pieces... and did 4 cards by turning the paper around, and putting the poinsettia in different corners...I did use different sentiments, they were rub ons, 

I used a spellbinders die for the poinsettia, & for the sentiment, and a cherry lynn die for the swirls, gold beads in the center, green beads on each ens of the sentiment. Foam Tape, and the glue gun, and liquid glue and Love.

Christmas Cards...

Hi Friends & Viewers...

I have started my Christmas cards, many the same, when they go to different houses they don't all have to be all different... I have a few here to post...

This was a very easy and fun card to do....I just carefully swirled some SU frost-white gloss over top of the raised part of the embossed oval, with a sponge, added the bow, and Christmas ornament, and the holly leaf on the side, and viola...Super elegant card!

This card was an accident in the making...I started out with a very large punched out snowflake, and it just didn't look right, so removed that, and started adding smaller one at random...then needed to cover up a glue smudge, so added the sentiment!  Very sparkly, and hard to capture on camera, another easy, almost CAS card...lol

This card is a cased layout....I changed the paper, image, tree branch, and sentiment...also a very pretty, easy sparkly card.. lol

The paper was from Michaels, sentiment is a SU retired Christmas set, Spellbinders circles, and black velvet ribbon, and Love!
