ODBDSLC199 - Graduation Deer

Hi Everyone...Welcome to my world!

I have a friend who ordered two Graduation cards for her grandsons, and they are hunters, so she wanted deer on the card....so then I thought I would try the ODBD  sketch for this week...which is this

Here is my take on the sketch with her deer, and Graduation combined...

I turned the grass right side up for the across thingy...and I did follow the sketch, and then covered some of it with the flower soft and a few branches, I used the hat as the circle, and moved it up in the right corner...more appropriate there, and I wanted to use the deer from ODBD, but thought this was more masculine for the guys.

But I did use the ODBD  Birch Trees ,

Recipe:
Stamps: ODBD  Birch Trees Bg, and SU Deer Stand  (retired)
Paper: SU Navy, Whisper White, DSP, (I stamped over with the trees BG) & Garden Green
Ink: Copics, Navy, Memento Black,
Accessories: MS Branch Punch, Grass Punch, Number stickers,Flower soft, Tacky Glue, 1/16 inch punch for glower buds, stickles for center, Grad hat from Michaels, Glue Gun, Foam Tape, Liquid Glue, & Love

TSC0418 - Special Anniversary.

Good Morning Everyone....Welcome to my world:

This card is for a dear friend who is having an anniversary, and also the TSC0418 challenge...

For the challenge last week, some did teal, and some did hmmm...now what was that?....lolol

This is my Teal card: sorta...got some green and pink in there...just to grrrr Tater!   lolol

I took a cherry Lynn die cut, and  cut it in half, and places it in the circle you see in white...otherwise it was too large and would have covered the entire surface...

No...I didn't crochet the flower...that was bought at a store...came in a set of 6 different colours...I love store bought flowers...saves me alot of time..and alot of them are so pretty!

TSC0404 - Confirmation:

Hi Everyone....Blessings to all who enter into my blog world...

I have a card here that I did for our Twisted Sisters Challenge TSC0404, to do a card in blue with a little red, forgot the red...A neighbour ordered this card, and this is what she wanted, but I thought it would kinda fit the challenge...

This is the card:

I used the Quatrefoil Die Cut from ODBD, I love this die cut...so elegant...

I thought this was the praying hands from ODBD too, but I checked and theirs is a little more on the fancy side...

I love how this card turned out, and it was only through prayer..and asking Jesus for help, cause I had made a big boo boo on my first attempt...I didn't use the die on the first...So this turned out much better...

The Quatrefoil and Verse is from ODBD, The Confirmation verse is from the set called Confirmation.

Thanks for looking....Blessings to all

Hugs Jan
