Hi Happy Friday Everyone...

I have a special card to post, its for my mom's 85th birthday, and also for our twisted Sistah's challenge, which was to make a card using flowers & Ribbon....

here is my take on the challenge:

 

I also have lace on my card...hope that passes ok, I sponged the large flower in Pretty in Pink, it was white, I love this softness of this BG paper, and my stash is now depleted, have to go a hunting....

 

 I also love the new spellbinders, I forget what the name of them, but it was very hard to get out of the die, until someone said...

 to put wax paper in front of the picture, and it cut the wax paper and the CS together, and then your CS pops out alot easier instead of ripping like it did for me.

Happy Birthday David -

Hi Happy Wednesday everyone....I have been so busy crazy not much time to post cards even....

I was asked to make a card for a lil fellow turning 9, and he likes red cars....so we gave him one....with a fence and some grass, and so good to see the birds returning....my barn swallows just returned yesterday....2 of them anyways...we usually have like 14 or so.....

 This is an easel card, love doing them...they take a lil more time...but love adding the extra sentiment on the bottom, and they stand up so nice!

Looks just like those pesky blackbirds that steal all the bird seed from the feeder, and chase the other birds away...

And if you look real close you can see the horses running along the fence in the BG, He also loves horses! so we gave him a few!

Happy Mother's day to all Mothers... 

I have been so busy and just realized I haven't posted anything since April...

Oh where do I start....I have had so many orders for Mother's day and birthday cards from the neighbours....so will post a few...but haven't had time to do any challenges....

TSC0426, Birthday Girl...

Hi Everyone.. time for another challenge over at the twisted sisters, just put in the numbers:  TSC0426, and the challenge is for a CAS in blues and greens... and don't pay any attention to me...Cause I can't read...

I got my card all done , and forgot it was CAS....so here is my CAS card...lol

Well its almost cas....if you don't look at the flower, foliage, and the blue lace.....

 

This card is for a special friend...and I sure hope she likes blue...cause the colour challenge was blue & green....which I have in my foliage, DSP, and the blue Dies...

Hi Everyone...I have a new card to post in regards to our new Queen, Joyce...over at splitcoast challenges. and also for the challenge over at ODBD, which is to use a scripture: and I plan to enter it in Word Art Wednesday#76:

Its for an anniversary tho...so I had to spiff it up abit...I just added another layer behind the sentiment...a few flowers, and a few pearls: 

I do all the cards for our church...and this card was for the Pastor's Daughter and Hubby....I just lover this verse!!

QFTD160 Honouring Queen Bonnie:

Hi Folks...another sorta nice day...still waiting for spring...it will come...but I hope before Christmas...lol

I have a card I did for the QFTD Challenge: and this is honouring Queen Bonnie, She has a beautiful gallery, so was hard to pick...but since I need another Anniversary card for a couple from our church...I chose this one to case; Bonnies card..

(And I just realized after getting all this up, and on split coast, I cased Bonnie's card...who cased my card for last week...lolol )



This is my card:

 

I kept her layout, but pretty well changed all the rest...

The beads are from the dollar store, and they were hard to get on...they are suppose to curl....but they wanted to dance together...but finally with holding the tongue between the teeth just right....Voila!!

The Butterfly is a cherry Lynn die...I got it from the ODBD store:

FS322: Anniversary Joys

Hi Everyone:

Two posts in one day..wow...But I just got this card done a few minutes ago, and wanted to get it up for the featured Stamper...which is  ebparker.

Seems like all  friends and relatives like purples: which makes it hard to find some variety....and not get too purple...I added vanilla with this one, instead of white.
