Wheelbarrow Birthday -

Hi Everyone...been such a busy and hot summer...haven't gotten much posting done in the past while...

I have a card here I did for a friend...who ordered it for a special lady...

This is an easel card... lots of fun and work...I typed the words on the computer, made the pond with the same effect as the clouds..using a piece of paper towel, and sponging ink on it...

The flowers on the pond I made with a punch...the larger flowers were stickers...and they all matched very well with the sunflowers that came in the wheelbarrow...

This show the easel card flolded up...and shows more of the 3d wheelbarrow, they come on a sheet, which you put together with foam tape, and make a 3d wheelbarrow full of flowers...

I used white paper, sponged clouds on that...and ot was all put on a easel vbase made from WC paper...give it a good sturdy base.

I made the grass with a MS grass punch...and made many rows...different colours of green...

the lil bee was a sticker...

Thanks for Looking

"Running Wild" :

Hi Everyone....I am so behind in my posts...

But here is another one I had fun with...

I did this one for my son-in-law.....

and did one in blue for my grandson in law...this is the one in blue...

I used the sponge that comes on a handle, called: Inkessentials, my braying technique is rather poor...

I did 8 of these cards...everyone wanted one....and I'm sure they all turned out just a little different!

The colours on the red one were, More Mustard, Cajun craze, and Cherry Cobbler, and baked sugar, and black....

Thanks for Looking...

ODBDSLC199 - Graduation Deer

Hi Everyone...Welcome to my world!

I have a friend who ordered two Graduation cards for her grandsons, and they are hunters, so she wanted deer on the then I thought I would try the ODBD  sketch for this week...which is this

Here is my take on the sketch with her deer, and Graduation combined...

I turned the grass right side up for the across thingy...and I did follow the sketch, and then covered some of it with the flower soft and a few branches, I used the hat as the circle, and moved it up in the right corner...more appropriate there, and I wanted to use the deer from ODBD, but thought this was more masculine for the guys.

But I did use the ODBD  Birch Trees ,

Stamps: ODBD  Birch Trees Bg, and SU Deer Stand  (retired)
Paper: SU Navy, Whisper White, DSP, (I stamped over with the trees BG) & Garden Green
Ink: Copics, Navy, Memento Black,
Accessories: MS Branch Punch, Grass Punch, Number stickers,Flower soft, Tacky Glue, 1/16 inch punch for glower buds, stickles for center, Grad hat from Michaels, Glue Gun, Foam Tape, Liquid Glue, & Love

Blessings to all:
