Please note the designers link, challenges used and the stamp set they used is listed under each creation. If you take a moment to leave the girls some love at their blogs, I am sure they would greatly appreciate it.

This is the card I made for the challenge...

And used it  for our Pastor's son who was ordained a 2 weeks ago, and needed a verse regarding Commitment...and I thought this was perfect verse.

I actually stamped the ODBD  Vine Border first, then stamped the verse inside using my Stamp -a- ma -Jig, and then got the idea to put gold Embossing on the edges....and got a little carried away and covered all the vine scrolls....so you can't really see them....but they made a good base!

put gold paper under that, and then some DSP with gold swirls, and I thought even if it was a man's card it needed a bit of ribbon, bow, and a flower...all worked well in black.

Recipe:
Paper: Black, Gold, Whisper White, DSP
Ink: Stazon Black, Versamark,
Accessories: Gold Embossing Powder, Flower Punch (for Edging) MS Leaf Punch, Spellbinders Rectangular rough edge Nesties, Prima Flower, gold brad, black ribbon (2 sizes) Foam Tape, Liquid Glue, & Love

Your card is beautiful Jan. All the embossing and framing enhances the verse beautifully. I actually think that the way you embossed it makes the verse show up as the important message much more than if the vines showed up!
