Merry Christmas!....another week has flown by, and another challenge is up....

This week's challenge:
Snowflake or Snow!!!- use designer paper, embellishments, images, or sentiments that include or use the word snowflakes or snow

While it is not required to use Our Daily Bread Designs images and sentiments on your creations, we would love to see them if you have them. As a way of recognizing those who do use Our Daily Bread Designs stamps, we will again be choosing three or more of our participants  for the  Shining the Light Award . In order to qualify for this award or join the challenge, however, you must use Our Daily Breadstamps and have your submission added to Mr. Linky by Sunday,  December 30th at 8 p.m. EST. If you upload your creations to Splitcoast Stampers or any other online gallery, please use the keyword is ODBDSLC135.  When creating your posts on blogs please include a link to the challenge.

This is my take on the challenge...I used snowflakes DSP

And the Merry Christmas is from the Cardinal ornament set...

Here is a close up

I started with a base..cut out a ring with 2 circle dies...and then cut out the 16 of the two smaller poinsettias dies, and layered & glued them on the ring, and used some leaves in between to cover any spaces...

Recipe:
ODBD Stamp Set: Cardinal ornament
Paper: Su Real red, Bazzill green, garden green, Snowflake DSP,
Ink: Black
Accessories: Spellbinders Poinsettia Die, Circle dies, Velvet ribbon, pearls, Foam Tape, Glue Gun, Liquid Glue,  MS leaf punch, & Love
