This is what I like to do....just playing around, no challenge, but maybe I can find one to enter this card?
I used Water Colour Paper for the base, then on top of that i used a layer of White CS, and then a layer of wallpaper from my stash.
Spellbinders Fleur de Lis, DSP, Leaf die cuts, flower, Happy birthday sentiment is from ODBD Birthday Blessing set, Pearls,Liquid Glue, Glue gun, and Foam Tape, Satin Ribbon & Love

Really, really, beautiful, Jan. and I haven't forgotten about you...I'll have the mail to send you way soon. With this bad weather we have been having, and icy roads. I haven't felt like driving to the post office.
