ODBDSLC132 - Something that Hangs

Hello Everyone....Blessings to you on this fine winter day...

Our new challenge for this week is.....

This week's challenge:
Deck the Halls- Include an ornament or something hanging in or on your creation.
To make the challenge even more fun, we will be giving out a prize$15 gift certificate to be used toward stamps at the Our Daily Bread Designs store!! Entries for thprize must be submitted by Sunday, December 2nd at 8 p.m. EST. One random winner will be chosen and announced next Saturday.

While it is not required to use Our Daily Bread Designs images and sentiments on your creations, we would love to see them if you have them. As a way of recognizing those who do use Our Daily Bread Designs stamps, we will again be choosing three or more of our participants  for the  Shining the Light Award . In order to qualify for this award or join the challenge, however, you must use Our Daily Bread stamps and have your submission added to Mr. Linky by Sunday,  December 2nd at 8 p.m. EST. If you upload your creations to Splitcoast Stampers or any other online gallery, please use the keyword is ODBDSLC132.  When creating your posts on blogs please include a link to the challenge.
This is my take on the challenge:

I took the largest ornament from our Ornaments 2 set...and stamped it on some shrinky dink film, using versamark, and red embossing powder, carefully cut out the ornament, punch a hole for hanging the thread, and then followed the instructions and I shrunk it in the toaster oven....it came out a little smaller than I expected....if I was going to do it again...I would make a smaller card base...
I rippled the ribbon by fraying the end, and finding a thread, and then pulling on that middle thread causing the ribbon to scrunch up... such a neat little trick, and viola you have a fancy ribbon...
The Ornament shows up here...and the Spellbinders is the new fancy rectangles die, and the Noel is from the Cardinal Ornament.

The ornament shrunk to quite the small size.....it tells you on the package, the little poinsettia is a button...which I cut off the loop on the back and glued on with a glue gun...the leaves are from a Christmas sprig...
